About me

I am a Ph.D. candidate of University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China. During my undergraduate career from 2001 to 2005, I was selected to be studying in the Special Class for the Gifted Young (introduction in Wikipedia), which is a special program of University of Science and Technology of China that gives a special education for the gifted young undergraduate students from all parts of China, and only accept about 50 talented students no older than 15 in age from high school each year.

I received my B.Sc. degree in mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2005, where I am currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in the Nature Inspired Computation and Applications Laboratory, School of Computer Science and Technology.

My research interests include evolutionary computation, operations research, arc routing problems, memetic algorithms, combinatorial optimization problems, etc.
